About

Michael was born and raised in the South Surrey area. His education began at Crescent Park Elementary, White Rock Elementary and completed with Semiahmoo Secondary. He has worked locally in his early career doing General Contracting with a primary focus on carpentry and electrical. In his early 20s, he started working out of the province for industrial projects with some of Canada’s largest construction companies. His management and leadership roles assisted in the successful completion of multiple projects across Alberta and Saskatchewan. 

Michael continuously excelled in these projects due to his clear and concise communication, attention to detail, organization, creative problem-solving, and continued commitment. A decade of construction knowledge gives him a competitive edge to see what others may not in terms of real estate and real property. 

His passion for real estate started early on, growing up in a community that has seen exponential growth while trying to keep the small-town feel. 

He keeps clients and the community at the forefront. Sacrificing nothing to make sure the successful results are attainable through consideration of his primary needs.
